Gillian Gondosch

Gillian Gondosh has a broad civil litigation practice, helping clients to resolve disputes such as contractual interpretation, debt collection, construction liens, and provincial offences.  She has advocated on behalf of clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and administrative tribunals.

Gillian earned a law degree from the University of Windsor, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015.  During law school, she developed an interest in litigation through her experience volunteering with Community Legal Aid, where she handled provincial offences, landlord-tenant, and criminal matters.  Gillian completed her articles with the regulator of the new home building industry in Ontario. Prior to attending law school, Gillian obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University.

Gillian is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
