Lucas Parente

Lucas Parente received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, majoring in Law and Society. While at York University, Lucas participated in a number of extracurricular activities, including the York University Moot Society and Peace by Peace.

Following his undergraduate degree, Lucas obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, graduating with Honours. During his time in Australia, Lucas volunteered as a student mentor with the Canadian Law Students Association, assisting first semester law students with their adjustment to law school. Lucas also participated in extracurricular activities offered through the Law Faculty, including the Bond University Arbitration Competition and managing the Bond University Hockey Club.

Outside of the office, Lucas has participated in competitive hockey for over nine years and continues to get involved in the sport as a weekly pastime.
